Delete My Account

You can permanently delete your Looks For Lease Technologies, Inc.(“Looks For Lease”) account at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens to your data when you do.

1. Delete Your Account in the Mobile App

The fastest way to permanently delete your Looks For Lease account is from inside the mobile app:

1. Open the Looks For Lease app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Tap More in the bottom app bar.
3. Tap the Settings cog in the top right of the profile page.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the profile settings page and tap Delete Account.
5. Enter your current password to confirm. Account deletion begins immediately once your password is verified.

Your active password is required so that no one else can delete your account on your behalf.

2. Delete Your Account by Email

If you cannot access the mobile app, you can request account deletion by emailing us from the email address associated with your account:

• Send a message to [email protected] with the subject line Account Deletion Request.
• Include the full name on the account so we can locate it.

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request. Once verified, we will permanently delete your account within 30 days.

3. What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the following from our active systems:

• Your profile information — name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and date of birth
• Style preferences and personal characteristics — height, weight, size, body type, and style profile answers
• Saved payment methods on file (your full card number is held by Stripe, not by us — see Section 5)
• Saved designs, favorites, wishlists, and personalization data
• Stored login credentials and authentication tokens
• Push notification tokens and marketing communication preferences

4. What We Retain

We may retain a limited subset of information after account deletion when required to comply with legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or regulatory obligations, or to enforce our agreements. This may include:

• Records of rental and purchase transactions, returns, and refunds (required for tax and accounting purposes)
• Records related to disputes, chargebacks, or suspected fraud
• Anonymized or aggregated usage data that can no longer be associated with you

Retained information is kept only for as long as required and is then securely deleted or anonymized.

5. Third-Party Data

Payment card details are stored by our payment processor, Stripe, Inc., not by Looks For Lease. Deleting your Looks For Lease account does not automatically delete data held by Stripe. To request deletion of data held by Stripe, please review Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

6. What Happens After You Delete Your Account

• You will be signed out of the Looks For Lease app and website on all devices.
• You will lose access to order history, saved designs, membership benefits, and account credits.
• Active reservations or rentals must be completed or cancelled before the account can be deleted. Contact [email protected] if you have an open rental and would still like to delete your account.
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. To use Looks For Lease again you will need to create a new account.
