SMS Opt-In

Customers opt in to receive SMS messages from Looks For Lease through the following methods:

1. Website / App Opt-In

Customers may opt in when creating an account, booking a fitting appointment, placing a rental reservation, or contacting support through our website or mobile app. The opt-in checkbox is optional and not pre-selected.

The form clearly states that by providing their phone number and opting in, customers agree to receive text messages from Looks For Lease related to:

• Account support
• Reservations
• Pickup instructions
• Return reminders
• Order updates
• Customer service

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Customers can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

2. Customer-Initiated Text Message

Customers may also opt in by texting our support number directly, such as 1-888-799-LOOK. When a customer texts us first, we respond only in relation to their inquiry, reservation, pickup, return, account, or customer support request.

Customers can reply STOP at any time to opt out.

3. In-Person Opt-In

Customers may provide their phone number during an in-store fitting, pickup, or customer service interaction and verbally agree to receive SMS messages related to their reservation, pickup, return, or support request.
