How to return a lease

Here's all the deets on how to return a leased item. Don't worry, it's easy, and you have options.

When should I return my leased items?

If you have a membership with us, feel free to return your leased items whenever you like. There are no set return dates. When you're ready for new looks, simply send back as many items as you like and switch them out for something new from the digital wardrobe.

If you are returning a one-time lease, please reference your confirmation email for your return date. If it falls on a day that we are closed, you have until closing of the following business day to make your return. There will be a fee charged to your account for any additional days that the item is in your possession.

How do I make my lease return?

1. Pack it up. — Place leased items back into the reusable garment bag, ensuring that accessories and handbags are put back into the dust bags and boxes. If you still have them, put plastic bags and hangers in the garment bag as well so that we can recycle them.

2. Change out the label. — Remove the old shipping label from the garment bag. Replace it with the prepaid label we sent to you with your items. Fold and zip the bag shut, ensuring that the shipping label is secured.

3. Ship package back to us with FedEx. — Your returned leases will arrive back to our warehouse within 3–5 business days.

If you need to make a return without the wait, dropping your leased items off to our showroom is an easy way to skip the shipping.
